This episode features a conversation with Grace Denton (NBP studio holder), Craig Pollard and Will Edmondes chatting about Wild Pop. Wild Pop is a practice-led research group exploring the ways critical discourse might find a place within contemporary popular music practice(s). Wild Pop hosts music and art events, public talks and participatory workshops. 

Will is a composer, performer, lecturer in Music at Newcastle University and Craig's PhD supervisor. He performs in Yeah You with Elvin Brandhi and performs and writes under the names Gwilly EdmondezGustav ThomasCopydexMYKL JAXNVirginia Pipe and more.

Craig is a musician, artist and practice-led researcher who recently completed a practice-led PhD titled 'Interjecting into Inherited Narratives: The Politics of Contemporary Music Making and Creative Practice'.
